This study examines discrimination fear and racial/ethnic background's effects on U.S. college students' suicidal ideation, using Intersectionality and Minority Stress Theories. Analyzing data from the Healthy Minds Study involving 104,729 students, significant effects were found, underscoring the need for tailored suicide prevention strategies considering school-level variability and cultural contexts.
