This study explores the role of Family Navigators in improving mental health service engagement for Black immigrant families. Using the Street-Level Bureaucrat model, it highlights their experiences, challenges, and impact in Philadelphia. Findings inform policy and practice to enhance mental healthcare access and support for Black immigrant youth and families.
