This study surveyed 194 students at a Minority-Serving Institution about food insecurity. Results reveal an extraordinarily severe problem, with 48% reporting high or very high food insecurity. Food insecurity is a significant predictor of physical health, depression, and social isolation. Social support also affects depression and social isolation.
