Apply Disability Justice in Supervision: Participants will identify how to integrate disability justice principles, such as interdependence and collective access, into supervisory practices to foster inclusive and supportive environments.
Develop Practical Skills for Resiliency: Participants will understand tools and strategies from Project REST, including the Trauma-Informed Supervision Toolkit, to build professional resilience and improve team engagement.
