This qualitative study examines how social work students developed resilience and post-traumatic growth (PTG) in response to systemic stressors and adversity. Findings highlight evolving coping strategies, resilience development, and strengthened professional identity. Implications include integrating trauma-informed and resilience-building pedagogy into social work education to support student well-being and workforce sustainability.
