This study explored the feasibility and impact of trans-affirming healthcare environments by collecting feedback from providers comparing traditional and trans-affirming design vignettes. Participants supported seating variety, neutral colors, inclusive signage, and diverse check-in options; shared concerns regarding examination room size; and recommended additional spacing for mobility devices and increased privacy.
