IASWG and CSWE: Discussing Group Work Education Partnership

IASWG (International Association for Social Work with Groups) educators will discuss: 1) MSW and BSW group work education; 2) IASWG resources, including financial SPARC grants for MSW and BSW educators; and 3) how an IASWG/CSWE partnership benefits group work education.

Learning Objectives:

At the end of this session, attendees should be able to:
  1. 1)Upon completion, the participant will be able to define effective teaching of group work in-person and online. 2) describe group work teaching resources for use in MSW and BSW programs. 3) describe ways in which IASWG and CSWE in partnership can further support the work of group work educators
