This study explores how undergraduate students, from interdisciplinary settings, engaged with the Racial Equity Consciousness Institute (RECI), a DEI initiative that leverages cognitive-behavioral principles. By examining student reflections, the research identifies strategies to improve interprofessional DEI initiatives, ensuring greater relevance and adaptability for diverse audiences in professional and educational settings.
