Traditional higher education classrooms are home to oppressive traditions and procedures prohibiting the curation of inclusive learning communities. This proposal offers new andragogies that promote agency, self-directed learning, and accountability in adult learning communities while building spaces of belonging that foster intellectual curiosity.
