This study aims to examine the measurement invariance of the organizational justice scale between supervisors and supervisees in child welfare organizations. The findings emphasize the use of an invariant scale in assessing different perceptions of organizational justice across hierarchical positions, enabling the development of targeted strategies to maximize its benefits.
