This study explores BSW students’ perceptions of ADEI in social work education at a Christian PWI following the 2022 EPAS. Using qualitative thematic analysis of student responses, findings highlight the importance of experiential learning, self-reflection, and institutional commitment to ADEI, emphasizing the need for continued integration into social work curricula.
