This session shares insights from a qualitative content analysis of interviews from an innovative training program aimed at addressing SUD knowledge gaps for child welfare workers. Findings detail how training increased worker knowledge and skill levels, improved client outcomes, and created a supportive knowledge-transfer network that is shaping agency-level practice.
