This workshop examines the psychosocial challenges faced by black men living in urban contexts fraught with the racism and marginalization. It focuses on how psychotherapy can help them navigate the intersection of their lived experiences and growing up in spaces that undercut their psychological wellbeing (Anderson, 2023; Coates, 2015).
