This qualitative study explores how continuing bonds with a deceased sibling with disabilities are developed and maintained by a surviving sibling. Key themes include internalized connections, rituals and symbols, narrative continuity, presence in absence, and an evolving relationship. Findings offer insights to enhance grief counseling practices for this under-served population.
